Background & Expertise
As a seasoned professional in the O2C arena, I cherish the opportunity to identify new and creative approaches to improving working capital for an organization. I've had the privilege to work on numerous projects - from organization design, ERP conversions, acquisition integrations, change management, process mapping, software implementation, Global Business Service migration, and various projects ranging from a local country perspective to a Global perspective.

I've managed multiple ERP systems across multiple geographic locations - within the US and Internationally. My background in directing a managed services provider has widened my view to the way I tackle challenges and given me greater insight into the importance of strong process management within the organization.

My feeling is that a good organizational leader must be adept at spotting opportunities for change, and then demonstrate the courage to move the needed change forward.

As a naturally curious individual, my passion has continuously driven me to expand my knowledge, experience, and relationships. With a strong background and diverse skill set, I’m confident in the creative ideas and successful solutions I bring to the table.
I have a strong work ethic, and take great pride in my work (as my Dad used to say, "...when you do a job, always do it well - as if your name alone is tied to the success or failure of that job").
Success is a combination of people, process, and technology. The people component is the critical component to continued success and remains the adhesive to an organization in sync.

Completed 56 hours of blended online learning to include graded project and passing final exam program offered by SimpliLearn and accredited by IASSC. Aligned with IASSC exam, this certification integrates lean and the DMAIC methodology with case studies to provide the needed skills required for organizational growth.
